Adequacy of Instructions
Color Parlour provides the services only on the receipt of all proper, necessary and timely instructions, authority and information (including the execution of all documents required) to enable us undertake the business effectively, and that those requesting us, indemnify us accordingly.
Copyright and Publication
Color Parlour accepts material publication on the basis that those submitting the reference and input material are responsible for ensuring that it is free from malicious matter and does not violate copyright or any other third party rights and that those requesting us, indemnify us accordingly.
Proofing
Proofs of work would be submitted for approval. Color Parlour shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged extra. When style, type or layout is left to our judgment, changes therefrom made by the customer shall also be charged extra.
Delivery of Products and Services
Products are delivered using first class post (in case work is required in a hard format i.e., USB sticks etc.) or email (as appropriate) unless otherwise stated. Where the customer requests an alternative method of delivery, the customer must meet those costs. The costs of media storage devices if applicable, will be in addition to the design cost.
The description and price of goods and services and delivery details will be provided in the confirmation of order and/or invoice despatched with the product or service. Products and services will be provided in accordance with the timescale agreed with the customer.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Color Parlour may only share your information with staff, clients, or other specialist networks with the sole purpose of completing your order or transaction. Any personal information that the customer submits to the Color Parlour website is similarly subject to the terms set out in this privacy policy. By submitting personal information, the customer consents to become a registered user of our website and the company. By submitting personal information, the customer gives the consent to contact the customer from time to time for marketing, advertising, and public relations purposes and for fulfilling other necessary obligations. If the customer does not want to be contacted for marketing and promotional offers to be shared, they can send an email to info@colorparlour.com requesting the same.
We make every effort to ensure the security of Color Parlour systems. Unfortunately, no data transference or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While the company strives to protect customer’s personal information after receiving it, the company cannot ensure or guarantee the security of the information.
Payment Terms
Color Parlour would require payment in advance before providing any goods or services. In case a project is large or deemed to be of significant duration, interim payments may be aligned if required.
